4. Can I return a bedding product?
Once
the packaging has been opened on a mattress, for reasons of hygiene and
safety, we are unable to refund or exchange it unless it is faulty.
5. Can a different account be credited with a refund?
Sorry. A refund will always be made to the card used for payment.
