5. Is there a limit to the number of products I can buy online at any one time?

is a limit of 10 pieces per item per purchase. If you are interested in

6. Why are there products on the site that I cannot buy online?
The majority of the new Friven & Co. products are available at Frivenco.com. In the meantime we are working to put all the items online on our Friven & Co product catalogue. If you are interested to see more items, you may also be interested to see what you can find at Friven & Co. stores.
7. Will prices at Frivenco.com be lower than in Friven & Co. stores?
Frivenco.com’s product prices will normally be the same as store prices. Occasionally, in-store promotions will mean some prices in store are temporarily lower. The prices displayed on our website are quoted in Singapore dollars (S$) and are valid and effective only in Singapore.
8. What if I change my mind after I have placed my order?
To make changes to your order, click on "Contact Us" to call us. We will try our best to help you on the changes if the products have not been delivered to our courier partner.
9. How will I know that my order is being processed?
Within
24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an Order
Acknowledgement email from Frivenco.com. This is also your official
receipt. We will inform you of the stage of delivery by email
accordingly.

The dimensions indicated for each product at the online store refers to the sizes of the packaging. This is because customers would usually want to know what size of a parcel to expect, as well as an estimated postage. The sizes are as follows for our bedlinen:

Order Acknowledgement email is your official receipt, you will receive
this within 24 hours of placing your order. We suggest you print a copy
and keep it safe
6. Where can I see how much GST I’m paying?
GST is displayed in steps at the Checkout. It is also in your Order Acknowledgement email.

1. When will my delivery arrive?
The majority of products will be with you within 7 working days after placing your order.
As you finalize your order, you’ll be advised when it should be available. This information is also in your Order Acknowledgement email. Within 24 hours of placing your order we will send you a Delivery Advice email, confirming your delivery date and whether the delivery will be by parcel courier or truck delivery. Please note that we do not deliver on Saturday and Sunday.
2. What if I’m out when you deliver?
In the event of a unsuccessful delivery, your product(s) will be returned to our depot. We will leave a contact card with contact details for alternative collection and there will be no REFUND on delivery charges. If you would like to rearrange another delivery day, there will be a charge of S$15. Or alternatively you can come down to our Friven & Co store at Tanglin to collect your product(s).
3. How much will delivery cost me?
If per transaction below S$300, you are required to pay $20 for the delivery only within Singapore address. There will be FREE delivery if you spend a minimum of S$300 nett & above in a single transaction.
4. Will I be able to order online and then pick up in the store?
Yes, you can. Just select the “self-collection column” and the collection address will be at our Friven & Co store, 56 Tanglin Road #02-01 Singapore 247964.
5. Can I order delivery to a different name or address?
Yes, as long as the delivery address is within Singapore main land.

the packaging has been opened on a mattress, for reasons of hygiene and
safety, we are unable to refund or exchange it unless it is faulty.
